Pursuant to a notice posted on September 6, 2023, a suspension of the 5-day posting rule on September 11, 2023, and permission granted on September 7, 2023, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Human Services, Subcommittee on Test 666,  met in a public hearing and was called to order by the acting chair, Representative  Klick, at 11:20 a.m.
