Pursuant to a notice posted on March 29, 2023, a suspension of the 5-day posting rule on August 22, 2023, and permission granted on March 30, 2023, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Higher Education met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Kuempel, at 10:22 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Kuempel; Paul; Bucy; Burns; Burrows; Clardy; Cole; González, Mary; Howard; Lalani; and Raney.
