Pursuant to a notice posted on September 6, 2023, the House Committee on County Affairs met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Neave Criado, at 10:35 a.m.

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Neave Criado; Stucky; Gerdes; Jones, Jolanda; Orr; Rosenthal; Schatzline; Slaton; and Tinderholt.
