Pursuant to a notice posted on August 8, 2024, a suspension of the 5-day posting rule on October 17, 2024, and permission granted on August 16, 2024, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Business & Industry, Subcommittee on test, met in a work session and was called to order by the chair, Representative Longoria, at 10:00 a.m.
The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Longoria; Cole; Frazier; González, Jessica; Hinojosa; Isaac; Lambert; Neave Criado; and Vasut.
